ABOUT JILL WEBB TRAINING
I have run my own training company since 2015. Having worked with parents and children for over 20 years in a variety of positions, both paid and voluntary, I bring real life experience to my role. I am an experienced and dynamic leader who has worked both in the statutory and voluntary sector to manage projects from inception to delivery of challenging targets. I am an enthusiastic individual keen to motivate others and support them to develop to their full potential.
I have over 10 years of leadership and management experience. Alongside this I have had 20 years’ experience of training. Some of my courses are written for the needs of my particular clients and I also deliver safeguarding and first aid courses accredited via ITC First, the CPD service and NUCO. I source circa 50% of my vocation directly with clients and the other 50% I am delighted to work with various training and consultancy companies, ensuring that my knowledge and professional development is always current and up to date.
I am based in West Yorkshire and I am willing to travel to deliver training. I am also able to provide training by Zoom as an interactive virtual session. Some courses can be offered ‘blended’ with some Zoom learning and some classroom sessions.

Safeguarding
Level 2 and 3 courses – CPD certified

Organisation Support
- Leadership and management training including use of the Team Management Profile
- Skills training – such as effective communication, handling difficult situations, time management
- Working with Parents – Level 4 – CPD Certified
- Working in Childcare – Level 2 – CPD Certified
- Courses for staff working with children and young people including:
- Behaviour Management
- Child Development
- Working with Children
I can bring training to your workplace, or source a local venue, or offer virtual training. Delivery can be negotiated to suit the needs of your business with a flexible approach to timing. My experience within this field means that I can make the training interesting and informative.
