Jill Webb Training offers a range of training courses including safeguarding, compliance training and training to support your organisational development. We provide open courses available to anyone, as well as courses tailored for individual organisations.
Safeguarding services and training
We offer a wide variety of consultancy and training services, delivered by a very strong team of highly experienced safeguarding professionals. These individuals have worked in many different types of organisational, business, and volunteer roles.
Choice of delivery mechanisms
Depending on the needs of customers, Jill Webb Training offers the majority of training courses and consultancy services virtually.
This means that training can be offered face to face, by Zoom, or as a blended course.

About our Senior Director, Jill Webb
Jill Webb Training was established in 2015 by Jill Webb. Having worked with parents and children for over 20 years in a variety of positions, both paid and voluntary, Jill brings real life experience to her role. She is an experienced and dynamic leader who has worked both in the statutory and voluntary sector to manage projects from inception to delivery of challenging targets. She is an enthusiastic individual keen to motivate others and support them to develop to their full potential.
Jill has over 10 years of leadership and management experience. Alongside this she has 20 years’ experience of delivering and writing training courses. Jill is registered with the CPD Certification Service and the UK Register of Learning Providers.
Jill’s commitment to community development extends to her role as a Co-founder and Co-Director of Families First, a Community Interest Company. Families First works in partnership with local authorities and organisations to improve outcomes for children and families. As a CIC, it is able to give back by reinvesting in the community and sharing expertise to support local projects.
