ABOUT JILL WEBB TRAINING
I have run my own training company since 2015. The experience I bring is varied, having worked with parents and children for over 20 years in a variety of roles. I am an experienced and dynamic leader who has worked both in the statutory and voluntary sector to manage projects from inception to delivery of challenging targets. I am an enthusiastic individual keen to motivate others and support them to develop to their full potential.
I have over 10 years of leadership and management experience. Alongside this I have had 20 years experience of training. I have developed my own programmes in response to identified training needs, and delivered accredited courses. Both in my paid work and voluntary roles, I work with community members, staff and partners and I have developed excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to communicate at different levels. I source about 50% of my work directly with clients and for the other 50% am delighted to work with various training and consultancy companies, ensuring that my knowledge and professional development is always up to date.
In July 2018 I accepted the role as National Lead Volunteer for Safeguarding for Girlguiding. This role is supported by my work role, but also means that I bring to my training and consultancy a broad range of experience.
I am based in West Yorkshire but I can offer training virtually and I am willing to travel to deliver training.
