JIll Webb experience
Jill Webb has managed teams with safeguarding responsibilities involving training front line workers, developing polices and systems and supervising staff.
As a manager for a large voluntary sector organisation, she managed a large service spread over many sites. The organisation was commissioned to offer support services from an initial point of contact through to high level work with Children’s Social care. This involved multi-agency working as well as working at different tiers of intervention.

The variety of roles our team has held mean that we have wide experience of training staff in safeguarding as well as managing staff dealing with day to day safeguarding issues.
As a result we are able to offer high quality training for your organisation, tailored to meet your specific needs.
Training can be offered face to face, as an interactive session on Zoom or a mixture of the two options.
